The cloud-based tool provides a visualization dashboard that connects data from various software platforms into one location. In addition, the KBI team offers a detailed analysis to complement the reports providing actionable recommendations for enhanced performance improvements. Users can customize the following reports with KBI: actual vs. budget, outstanding WIP by project, project turnaround, project realization rate, client realization rate, revenue trends, staff utilization, and realization rates.
With over a decade of consulting experience, Keith assists middle-market companies with process improvements, internal controls, procedural review assessments, and more. In addition to KBI, he currently leads the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry group at KROST and is an active contributor to the firm’s Real Estate and Technology groups.
As Director of the firm’s IT department and leader of KROST’s Software Development team, Ricky has over 15 years of experience. In addition to Software Development and Business Intelligence, Ricky also has experience in database architecture, as well as information and application security.
