Marcie McKenzie has more than 20 years of diverse experience in human resources and business management, from start-ups to established organizations. She has extensive hands-on experience leading initiatives in all areas of human resources functions. Most recently, Marcie has focused her attention on process implementations, policy design, performance management, total rewards, wellness programs, benefits administration, and training and development. She contributes to firm-wide projects to develop and implement new programs and processes.
Prior to joining KROST, Marcie held leadership positions in the economics, healthcare, financial services, and legal industries. She also volunteers at non-profit organizations for various food delivery resources.
