Starters

Our July newsletter is dedicated to the California Restaurant Association. You’ll find informative articles on the future of minimum wage, Affordable Care Act updates, the proposed assembly bill (AB 1522) on paid sick leave for restaurant employees, the current economics of California restaurants, and food handling regulations in the restaurant industry. We have some events in August that we excited to be a part of. Our firm is hosting a panel at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo on Affordable Care Act and Payroll System Compliance and we are sponsoring the CRA Los Angeles Chapter Golf Tournament held at the Malibu Country Club. This is the perfect opportunity to network with restaurant industry professionals. Lastly, we like to congratulate Border Grill for their Menu Masters Hall of Fame Award and Philippe the Original as the recipient of the Elizabeth Burns Lifetime Achievement Award!
