The Manila Clam Chowder with applewood smoked bacon and Weiser Farms mixed heirloom potatoes is a great example of how Chef Crannell takes an old favorite to a new level. Of course, there is always lobster but Chef Crannell has made sure that there are plenty of other places to enjoy.

Certified Sommelier Francesco Ferrario has turned the wine list at the Lobster into one of the best in Santa Monica. Real attention to pairing the wines with the menu has resulted in a varied selection of wonderful choices for the guest. The wine program also allows guests to have quality choices by the glass with their meals.
