Two 40 South Restaurant & Wine Bar

My name is Eric Merrell, Managing Partner of Two 40 South Restaurant & Wine Bar. I initially contacted Jean Hagan for an overview of the general services that KROST provide. We had our first meeting at Two 40 South with Jean Hagan and Jason Melillo and my first impression of them was their professionalism and expert knowledge of the industry.
 
With less than three weeks of meeting them, my restaurant unexpectedly took a turn for the worst and we were suddenly in crisis mode. We had an issue with our General Manager and needed a replacement for him without delay. I immediately thought of Jean as the perfect person who could provide a quick solution to my problems. With one phone call to Jean, she blew me away with her instantaneous resolution. Jean found a replacement that same day for an interim General Manager who was excellent. Without their help and expertise of Jean Hagan, Two 40 South would have been in real management trouble.
 
Not only did Jean single-handedly provide a quick resolution, but she worked side by side with Two 40 South while we hunted for a permanent General Manager. In addition to solving our management crisis, Jean provided cost saving solutions and labor oversight to improve our overall restaurant operations.
 
From my personal experience with Jean, I can tell you that she is not only the best in the business, but she also puts in 110% of her effort into doing what she loves. Her effortless ability to solve problems still astonishes me; I don't know how she does it but I can tell you it was worth every penny.
 
I would highly recommend Jean Hagan and KROST for any restaurant services. I would choose them one hundred times out of a hundred.
