Agreed Upon Procedures and Internal Controls

We believe in quality and collaboration, and as a result, we offer tailored Agreed Upon Procedures reports. Our AUP Audit service is designed for business owners who want tailored and flexible reporting to evaluate key financial components, compliance issues, or operational procedures. Common and necessary AUPs include testing of internal controls, licensing agreements, vendor supply chain, and more. Our AUP can be scaled to the highest levels of assurance or to limited assurance based on your needs.

At KROST, every member of our project team is required to maintain a minimum number of continuing professional education (CPE) hours to ensure that we are up to date on the latest guidance and standards. Further, every assurance and advisory member of the management team is a licensed CPA. Each engagement is reviewed in detail by the principal and a member of KROST's technical management team. We are also a member of the Center for Audit Quality of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and we undergo a triennial peer review of our audit and assurance practice, which includes our AUPs. We do this because we believe in high quality.

You can rely on us to deliver an accurate AUP based on your customized needs.
